“Tofu” submarine classification???

In his blog entry Chinesischer U-Bootfahrer-Humor Dimitri Fuckov claims, that the chinese army submarine forces has a submarine classification “Tofu” and a boat named “Pork, sweet-and-sour”. Well, I am not 100% sure, that he is right.
